The ServSafe® certification for managers program can be taken online or in a classroom. The textbooks are available in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Korean. The online course is available in English and Spanish. The printed exam is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Canadian French. Students have the option of an online training and exam, or classroom training and exam. A proctor is still needed for the online exam. Please see the Web site for more information.
