Participants will be able to identify appropriate practices for site selection, materials, water sources, chemicals, and compost use in school gardens. The presentation will also enable participants to describe appropriate harvesting and handling practices for produce grown in school gardens. This module can be used individually or with the accompanying presentations in a larger training event.
