PSU Take-Home Trainings for Professional Standards: Safe Preparation, Handling, and Service

Participants learn recommended practices for handling and preparing fresh produce including how to wash produce using FDA recommendations. Practices recommended for serving foods in the classroom and on salad bars will also be covered. This module can be used individually or with the accompanying presentations in a larger training event.
