Meeting the Challenge Recipe Book

These recipes were developed as a part of the Meeting the Challenge video series. The videos located at www.youtube.com/user/miteamnutrition1 illustrate how Michigan Child Nutrition professionals are meeting the New School Meal Regulations and the HealthierUS School Challenge (HUSSC) criteria. They also feature a Chef demonstrating recipes using whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Each video focuses on one or more aspects of the New School Meal regulations and shares tips from Child Nutrition Professionals.
