Food safety training for employees that is flexible and fun. It provides basic food safety knowledge to food service employees with little to no experience or employees in need of a refresher. Topics include preventing foodborne illness, food temperature control, personal hygiene, preventing cross contamination, preparing and serving food safely, and cleaning and sanitizing.
