Food Allergies 101: An Overview of Food Allergies and Best Practices

A program designed to increase knowledge and awareness of 1) the nine most common food allergens, 2) how to identify these allergens on food labels, 3) best practices for food allergy management plans and avoiding cross-contact, and 4) the current research and USDA Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommendations for reducing the risk of developing food allergies.
