Culinary Champions - Culinary Basics

Develop an understanding of how to cook healthy foods for student customers utilizing skilled cooking methods, fresh ingredients, and effective presentation techniques. Participants will learn and then practice skills in basic preparation, cooking methods, knife handling, and professional food preparation. Winning recipes from the Recipes for Healthy Kids contest will be prepared. Available to Kansas child nutrition employees only.
