Cooking Safely for a Crowd

This training teaches how to plan, prepare, and serve food safely in large quantities. To learn more about serving food to a large number of people, the training covers planning food quantity, how bacteria generates foodborne illness, personal hygiene for safe food, cross contamination, time and temperatures, storing food supplies, preparing food safely, and safe holding and serving of food and leftovers.
