A review of the knowledge and skills necessary for school nutrition professionals to establish a communication infrastructure to promote their school nutrition programs to a variety of audiences in the school community. Students advance their presentation skills, develop competencies in adult learning theory and training, and develop expertise in written communication for a variety of different audiences in school nutrition programs. This is a 15-week undergraduate level course equivalent to 16 semester hours.
